Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

All the orders will be dispatched within  1-2 business days after placing. (Monday - Sunday). Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email. Once the order is shipped, allow at least 3-6 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code.

 UNDELIVERED ITEMS

In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility.  You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Item cannot be cancelled once the product dispatched from the warehouse. For further queries, feel free to reach us out at admin@theepitz.com

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All sales are final from our end. We do not accept returns. Your order can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery only when you face any kind of issue with the size.  As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. In case of an exchange, the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer’s location and additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one way charges. Please be sure of the size, additionally if you need any help regarding size, feel free to reach out to us at admin@theepitz.com

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for it. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click a picture of the product and DM us at admin@theepitz.com within 2 days of delivery.
