CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellation and refund (Cash/Source Account return) is not possible against any orders.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at exchanges@theepitz.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
- Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
- We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
- (1) the product/s are returned after use
- (2) the products are damaged
- The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on exchanges@theepitz.com on the same email thread.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
- If you have received a defective product, share images at exchanges@theepitz.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours
- Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit.
- The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue.
* In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.
